Registration and General Show Policies

Full conference registration includes access to all RTNDA and NAB Conference Sessions; NAB Broadcast Engineering, NAB Broadcast Management and NAB Multimedia World Conference sessions; Super Sessions; exhibits; the RTNDF Luncheon and one ticket to the NAB Luncheon of your choice (radio or TV). NAB Luncheon Ticket not included for Retired or Student (Educational Sessions Only) categories.

Spouse must NOT be involved in the industry. They must accompany a full convention registrant and receive the same benefits.

Retired Registration includes everything a full conference registrant receives except the NAB2007 Luncheon Ticket. Retired rates are available only to RTNDA members whose membership category is "Retired."

Student - Educational Sessions Only All RTNDA Conference sessions; NAB Broadcast Management and NAB Multimedia World Conference sessions; and Super Sessions only. Only available to RTNDA student members.

Exhibits Only includes access to the exhibit hall and events in the exhibit hall.

Age Limits: No one under the age of 16 is permitted in the exhibit halls or sessions.

Audio/Video Recording: No recording is allowed without RTNDA's permission.

Changes: If you change your registration from Exhibits Only (Paid) to VIP Exhibits Pass there will be a non-refundable $75 cancellation fee to re-register with the complimentary pass.

Refunds/Cancellations: To receive a refund, cancellation MUST be received in writing and mailed to NAB Registration, 1771 N Street, NW, Washington, DC 20036. Mailed credential packets must be returned with cancellation notice. There will be NO refunds for cancellations postmarked after April 5, 2007.
